Georgian Harm Reduction Network, Georgia

Maka Gogia is a Programme Director of harm reduction program in Georgia. She has a higher medical education and Master’s degree in Public Health. Besides programme management, she is a technical adviser, trainer and consultant of HIV/HCV community organizations in Georgia. During the last 10 years, she has been engaged in advocating for better accessibility to HIV, HCV, TB and STI services for key affected populations. Maka is also a member of European AIDs Treatment Group and is involved in HIV/HCV ECAB groups, HIV policy working group and women working groups.
