Post-November ETW Survey

As with every ETW, we kindly ask you to complete the post-Testing Week surveyThis survey provides detailed insight on the type of activities that you conduct for Testing Week and is incredibly valuable to us. It also helps to influence how we conduct future Testing Weeks. 

Even if you did NOT do Testing Week activities, we ask you to please fill out the first portion of the survey!

ETW is having a raffle to win a scholarship to the upcoming HepHIV Conference in Bucharest, Romania (28-30 January 2019)!

By completing the post-ETW survey, you can be entered into the raffle. 

To qualify for the raffle, you must:

  1. Be a registered ETW participant from a country within WHO Europe;
  2. Complete the 2018 post-ETW survey by 20 December 2018 and;
  3. Answer Yes to the survey question indicating your interest in being entered into the raffle.

Terms & Conditions of the raffle are applied. 


Testing Data Collection

Did you conduct testing for your November 2018 #EuroTestWeek activities?

If so, we kindly ask you to provide your available testing data during the weeks before, during and after Testing Week. 

You can download and fill out our Testing Data Collection Form (available in English and Russian) or submit your data through the online survey. You are not required to complete all fields, only what you have available. 

Once completed, please send your form to by 20 December so that we may include your data in our evaluation.
